Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the MySyntheticsFunds Affiliate Program (“the Program”).

By joining the Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not eligible to participate in the Program.

Program Overview:
1.1. The MySyntheticsFunds Affiliate Program allows registered affiliates (“Affiliates“) to earn commission by referring potential clients to MySyntheticsFunds (“the Company”).
1.2. Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link or code to share with potential clients. The Company will track referrals through this link or code to credit the appropriate commission.

Eligibility:
2.1. To become an Affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2. The Company reserves the right to reject Affiliate applications or terminate the participation of any Affiliate at its sole discretion.

Affiliate Responsibilities:
3.1. Affiliates agree to promote the Company’s products and services in a manner that aligns with the Company’s brand values and does not mislead potential clients.
3.2. Affiliates shall not engage in any illegal, unethical, or deceptive marketing practices.
3.3. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Commission Structure:
4.1. Affiliates will earn a commission based on successful referrals.
4.2. The commission rate and terms may vary and will be communicated on this page.
4.3. The Company will determine the criteria for successful referrals, and commission will only be paid for qualified referrals that meet these criteria.

Payout and Payment:
5.1. Commissions are typically paid on a weekly basis, subject to the Company’s review and approval of the referral data.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to withhold commission payments if there are suspicions of fraudulent activities or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
5.3. Payout methods and thresholds will be communicated to Affiliates separately.

Intellectual Property:
6.1. The Company grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use its promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company.
6.2. Affiliates shall not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

Confidentiality:
7.1. Affiliates agree to keep all non-public information received from the Company strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.

Termination:
8.1. Either party may terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time and for any reason.
8.2. Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease using the Company’s promotional materials and remove any references to the Company from their platforms.

Amendments:
9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to Affiliates, and their continued participation in the Program after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law:
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
